Ready for the next step in your Jiu Jitsu training?

      Awesome! It's time to consider our All Levels Class

Why all levels? Our Beginner Classes are designed to get you moving and acclimated to training in a way that is both safe and none intimidating by minimizing resistance and pressure. When you've learned to move safely and efficiently you'll want to begin testing your technique against live resistance. This is the class for you! 

What's the difference?

Our All Level classes take your learning a step beyond the Beginner by adding depth and nuance. You'll move beyond the what, why and how... While our beginner curriculum shows you exactly what the technique should look like and how it is to be done you'll begin to look deeper at the contingences posed by a resisting opponent. As the body moves in infinite ways we can only replicate so much without resistance. And while we know most scenarios result in a select few reactions (by untrained opponents) this class will give you the opportunity to explore a myriad of other responses and gauge your progress against live resistance. Furthermore, while our Beginner Classes explore a wide breadth of techniques as we develop and grow in our learning it is time to explore the intricacies of the art! There are levels to this game!

Once you’ve familiarized yourself with the basic positions and concepts as well demonstrated an understanding of how to move safely for both you and your training partners, you'll be ready to take on our all levels classes. 

You’ll learn more nuance and details of simple techniques like the triangle choke to more complicated techniques like berimbolos and crab rides. Essentially, if it’s in Jiu Jitsu, we’ll cover it at some point in our All Levels classes. Multiple classes each week!
