Scott is owner and head instructor of 570 Jiu Jitsu. In July of 2023, Coach Diggs was certified as a Gracie University Instructor by Ryron and Rener Gracie of the legendary fight family. He is the only certified instructor in central PA. Coach Diggs received his Blue Belt from Rodrigo Gracie in 2008, he received his brown belt in 2017 from Jeff Reese. Scott has trained extensively with multiple world champions and world class competitors across the country. Having consistently trained, competed and coached at the highest levels, since 2006, he has a vast knowledge of old school jiu jitsu for self defense as well as modern sport jiu jitsu. He is the highest ranking instructor in and around Lycoming County. He also has extensive experience coaching professional fighters with contracts in events such as Bellator MMA, Lion Fight Muay Thai, BKFC Bare Knuckle Boxing and much more. His coaching acumen is unparalleled, regionally. His goal is to bring authentic Jiu Jitsu to Lycoming County and facilitate his students learning in a safe, fun filled environment while ensuring they learn correctly and efficiently.

Jeff is long time Coach and mentor of Coach Diggs. He is one of the most sought after instructors in the north east. A black belt in Gracie Jiu-jitsu with over twenty five years of experience having trained with two generations of the Gracie family including three time UFC champion and hall of fame fighter Royce Gracie as a primary mentor and the honor of being promoted to black belt by Rob Kahn, Royce Gracie's first black belt. Jeff  is one of the most sought instructors in the state having produced 10 Brazilian JIu Jitsu black belts and fostering the birth of 6 additional academies across Pennsylvania and New York.

Kaleb is the lead instructor at 570 Jiu Jitsu. He is a prolific student of the game and a fierce competitor. He has an outstanding pedigree, competing in prestigious events such as Finisher's, Emerald City Invitationals and ADCC Trials. He is constantly honing his craft and setting his sights on the pinacle of the sport!

Cody returns to us from Georgia. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. His laid back demeanor and positive influence make him a great fit for our 570 family! He is a welcome addition to an already outstanding staff! 

Coach Mic brings a wealth of experience in jiu jitsu as well as a extensive mixed martial arts career. One of Coach Diggs first students, Mic is well versed in the game. He Leads the children's classes always making sure they are safe and fun!

Taylor is a consummate professional. A talented purple belt instructor who also  serves as a Pennsylvania State Trooper. Her gentle nature and caring spirit may belie the fact she is a ferocious competitor and savage on the mat!

RJ brings to us a wealth of knowledge. As a physical fitness specialist, he has a nuanced understanding of body mechanics and movements making him the perfect coach to run our introduction to no gi classes!
